In Delaware, face masks are no longer government mandated, and as such we are no longer requiring face masks to be worn in our spa and store areas.
If you would prefer to wear your face mask during your spa services, you are welcome to do so. If you are wearing a face mask, your therapist will follow suit. If you would prefer to not wear a face mask, that is fine with us as well. In this case, your therapist would choose whether or not they wish to wear theirs during your session. Our hope is to keep everyone healthy & comfortable.
We will be closely monitoring the COVID numbers in Sussex County as well as the state of Delaware. Should numbers once again start to rise or should our team members begin to fall ill, we will re-evaluate this policy & may need to reinstate our mask mandate.
Please remain vigilant with your own health, and please follow proper cancellation policies regarding rescheduling your spa services if you are sick.
We are committed to presenting the safest possible environment for our guests & our team, while also providing much needed spa services. Much like we would never penalize anyone for cancelling appointments due to illness, we ask for your understanding & flexibility when it comes to the health of our team. If one of our team members feels ill, we will not allow them to come into work. While it greatly saddens us to create such inconveniences for our guests, we would rather cancel an appointment than risk anyone else’s health. We are still all in this together.
